Performance Marketing in Pune
Paid advertising judged by what it brings back: enquiries, bookings, ticket sales. We run Meta and Google campaigns, and we report the numbers every week.
- What it is: advertising that is structured, tested and reported against a business result rather than against reach or clicks.
- Channels: Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads and YouTube.
- Experience: 250+ paid campaigns built and managed for Yes Academy across Google, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram, and 1Cr+ in ad spend managed across clients.
- Best suited to: brands with an offer that already sells, events and retreats that need bookings, and stores that need walk-ins or orders.
The first weeks of a paid campaign
- Audit. We check how the account is structured, which audiences overlap, which creatives carry most of the spend, and whether the conversions being reported match real enquiries.
- Rebuild. A cleaner structure with strict tracking and audience hygiene, so each campaign answers one question.
- Creative system. New creative is tested every week, and weak ads are stopped before they consume the budget.
- Tracking. Pixel and audience setup so the numbers in the report can be trusted.
- Reporting. A weekly report in plain language, and a monthly review of what to change.
Meta, Google, or both?
Start with one channel and get it to a measurable cost per enquiry. Add the second when the first is working, not before.
| Situation | Usually start with | Why |
|---|---|---|
| People already search for what you sell | Google Search | The intent exists. You are paying to be found at the moment of need. |
| You are announcing something: a concert, a retreat, a launch | Meta and Instagram | Demand has to be created, and the creative does most of the work. |
| You sell something people browse rather than search for | Meta with strong creative and remarketing | Discovery happens in the feed, not in a search box. |
| You have traffic but few enquiries | Fix the page before adding spend | More traffic into a page that leaks only makes the leak more expensive. |
| A high value offer, such as a big ticket retreat | Both, plus a fast WhatsApp follow-up | These buyers want a conversation before they commit. |
The cheapest lead is often the worst one
A campaign can show a low cost per lead and still leave your sales team with nothing to do. The fixes are usually simple and unglamorous: a form that asks one qualifying question, a reply within minutes rather than hours, and a way to record what happened to each lead afterwards. Once that outcome data exists, we can optimise toward the leads that turn into bookings instead of the ones that are merely cheap.
What we report
- Cost per lead, and what happened to the lead afterwards.
- Which individual ads carry the spend, and how quickly they tire.
- Whether the conversions the platform reports match the enquiries you actually received.
- What we changed this week, why we changed it, and what we plan to change next.

How the service worksWhat decides the cost
- Ad spend is paid to Meta or Google and is separate from our management fee.
- How competitive your category is, which changes what each click or lead costs.
- The strength of the offer and the quality of the landing page.
- How fast leads are followed up. This changes results more than most budget increases.
- How much new creative you need each month.
We give a fee only after seeing the account, because a rebuild and a fresh start are different jobs. We do not promise a lead volume or a return.
Mistakes that waste ad budget
- Boosting posts instead of building campaigns with a defined audience and objective.
- Changing five things at once, so nothing can be read afterwards.
- Optimising for the cheapest lead rather than the lead that books.
- Sending traffic to a homepage instead of a page built for the offer.
- Running one video until it tires out, with nothing ready to replace it.
- No conversion tracking, or tracking that counts the wrong action.
