Lead Generation Services in Pune
A lead is the end of a chain: an offer, an ad, a page, a reply and a record of what happened. If one link is weak, the money spent on the others is wasted.
Five links, and which ones we own
- The offer. What are people being asked to say yes to? A vague offer produces vague leads, whatever the targeting.
- The ad. Meta, Google, or both, matched to how your buyers behave. See performance marketing.
- The page. A page built for that offer, with one action. See landing pages for paid campaigns.
- The reply. Who answers, how fast, and with what words. This is usually yours, and we help you set it up.
- The record. Enquiry source, outcome and value, tracked so that the next rupee is spent with evidence.
Two lead programmes we can point to
Spiritual retreat leads
Lead generation for big ticket spiritual retreats, scaled across paid and organic channels. 1000+ leads generated. For an offer of this size, follow-up matters as much as the ad.
Retreat marketingRetail saree brand
Lead and sales lift for a retail saree brand through structured paid and organic campaigns. 2000+ leads generated.
Retail marketingThe usual weak links
- The offer is a discount with no reason to act now, so leads arrive and drift away.
- The ad promises one thing and the page delivers another.
- Forms email an inbox that nobody watches until the next morning.
- Nobody records which leads became customers, so the account is optimised for volume.
What is and is not in our hands
We can run the campaigns, build or fix the page and set up tracking, and we will advise on how enquiries should be answered. We cannot answer your enquiries for you, and we will not pretend that a lead count is a sales figure. If your team is slow to reply, we will tell you that early, because it will decide the result more than any bidding setting.
Designing an offer people can say yes to
The offer is the first link and the one most often left vague. "Contact us for a free consultation" asks the visitor to commit to a conversation with no idea what it will involve. Compare it with a specific offer, such as "a 20 minute call to look at your current ad account and list the first three things to change". The second is specific, low-risk and clearly worth the time. A good offer says what the person gets, how long it takes and what happens next, and it is something you can actually deliver at the volume you might receive.
A short qualifying step that saves time
Adding two questions to a form reduces volume and improves quality. The right questions depend on the business, but they usually cover what the person needs, roughly when, and something that shows seriousness, such as location or budget range.
| Business type | A qualifying question that often helps |
|---|---|
| Retreat or workshop | Which dates could you attend? |
| Local service | What area are you in? |
| Education | Which course or grade is this for? |
| Professional service | What are you hoping to change in the next few months? |
A tracking sheet with five columns
A simple sheet beats a complicated system that nobody updates. Date, source (the ad or page), name, outcome and value. Sales fills in the outcome, and marketing reads it weekly. Once there are a few weeks of data, you can see which sources produce customers and which produce calls that go nowhere. That is what lets the next rupee be spent with some evidence.
Cases where a lead count is misleading
- Your sales process is slow or informal, so leads decay before anyone answers.
- The offer needs trust that a form cannot build, and a longer content route is better.
- You have very little capacity, and more leads would only create a backlog.
- The real problem is retention or referrals, not acquisition.
How this is priced
There is no fixed package, because scope varies from a single landing page and one campaign to a full programme. We price after a short diagnosis. Ad spend is separate. For the general logic, read what a digital marketing agency costs in Pune.
