How Jodbrain Studio collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use jodbrain.com.

Who we are
Jodbrain Studio ("we", "us") is a creative and digital marketing studio based in India. This policy covers jodbrain.com and its pages, including Medora. For any privacy question, write to hello@jodbrain.com.
What we collect
- Details you send us. When you fill in a form, we receive what you type: typically your name, email, phone number, website or brand, the service you need and your message. Medora forms may also ask for your clinic name, speciality and city.
- Technical data. When a form is sent, we record your IP address and the time. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs.
- Analytics data. If you choose "Accept all" in the cookie banner, Google Analytics records how pages are used: pages visited, device, browser and approximate location.
The calculators and self-check tools on this site run entirely in your browser. We do not receive your answers unless you send them to us through a form.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and to prepare proposals or quotes you ask for.
- To deliver work you have hired us for.
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the site, only if you have allowed analytics cookies.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your permission.
Cookies and your choices
On your first visit a banner asks for your choice. Analytics and advertising cookies stay off until you choose "Accept all". If you choose "Reject non-essential", only storage needed for the site to work is used. Your choice is saved in your browser so we don't ask again.

Services we use
Some data is handled by trusted service providers on our behalf:
- Hostinger hosts the site and sends form emails from our own server.
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) delivers some of our contact forms to our inbox.
- Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics measure site usage, only with your consent.
- Google Fonts, Unsplash and Pexels serve fonts and images. Like any website, they receive your IP address when your browser loads them.
- YouTube videos on our Work page use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Most players load only when you press play.
- Instagram reels on our Work page are embedded from Instagram, which receives your IP address and may set its own cookies when a reel loads.
- Razorpay processes payments for Medora. We never see or store your card details.
- WhatsApp opens when you tap a WhatsApp button. Messages sent there are covered by WhatsApp's own policy.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for up to two years afterwards unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Client project records are kept as long as required by law and our contracts.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and similar laws where you live, you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. You can also withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@jodbrain.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and access to enquiries is limited to our team. No method of sending data online is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
