When the clinic is open

Morning slots

Mon to Sat, 10:00 to 13:00. New consultations and second opinions. Reserved for unhurried 30-minute conversations.

Afternoon slots

Mon to Sat, 16:00 to 19:00. Follow-up visits, device check, lab review. Booked in advance with a confirmed slot.

Wednesday clinic

A dedicated half-day each Wednesday for senior patients above 70 years. Slower pacing, larger-print prescriptions, family attendant welcomed.

Saturday emergency

One walk-in slot is held every Saturday morning for existing patients with sudden symptoms. Call before leaving home.

Holidays

Closed on Sundays and on the second public holiday of every month. Direct WhatsApp remains active for emergencies.

Telephone follow-up

Stable existing patients can request a 10-minute phone follow-up after a procedure. Available Tue and Thu only.

Do you take walk-ins?

Walk-ins are accepted only when a same-day slot is open. Please call or WhatsApp first to avoid a wasted trip. The clinic operates strictly by appointment.

Can I send my reports for a quick view?

For existing patients, yes. New patients are requested to come in person for a first consultation. Cardiology is a discipline where the examination and the conversation matter as much as the report.

What is the response time over WhatsApp?

Within working hours, replies come within 6 hours on average. Outside hours, the next working morning. For genuine emergencies, please call 108 or visit a hospital directly.

Do you do home visits?

Home visits are reserved for existing immobile patients in the immediate neighbourhood. Please discuss with the front desk to confirm availability.
